WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

- Travel to the venue
- Personal expenses
- Accommodation nights at the Equinox Hotel outside of the two nights covered by Elevate (Check-in May 6, check-out May 8)

HOW TO GET TO ASCENT?

The Equinox Hotel can be reached by car, taxi, or helicopter. If you are flying in, the nearest airport is Newark (EWR). Other nearby airports include LaGuardia (LGA) and John F. Kennedy International (JFK).

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, valet parking is available through Equinox Hotel via the private drive entrance off 11th Avenue for $90* per 24 hours, with no in/out privileges. Self-parking is not available.

*Oversized and luxury vehicles will be charged $105 for overnight parking and subject to additional charge of $15.00/day. After 24 hours, rate repeats.

BEST ARRIVAL + DEPARTURE TIME?

We suggest arriving anytime on Wednesday, May 6. Check-in opens at 3:00pm and welcome dinner begins at 6:00pm. Programming runs all day on Thursday, May 7, and you can fly out anytime on Friday, May 8.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Smart Casual. We want you to feel comfortable while maintaining a polished look.

WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATIONS?

All guests will receive accommodation at the Equinox Hotel May 6-8.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING ASCENT?

Your hotel room at the Equinox Hotel, meals, and experiences during Ascent will be covered by Elevate for check-in on May 6 and check-out on May 8.

CAN I INVITE SOMEONE FROM MY TEAM TO ASCENT?

Due to the intimate nature of our programming, additional guest invites are not possible at this time. Thank you for understanding.
