NEOM and the Rajasthan Royals appointed Elevate to design, develop and execute a workforce cricket program in NEOM. The program scope was activated through the implementation of various initiatives.

The program required a structured approach to engage a diverse workforce, foster leadership, and promote participation across multiple demographics while aligning with NEOM’s broader community and workforce objectives.

Elevate designed and implemented the full program, including leadership training, tournament management, grassroots strategy, and branded activations. Ambassador appearances and community tournaments were leveraged to maximize engagement and participation.
