Introduction
Real Betis engaged Elevate to conduct a 12-week customized feasibility study to support the club’s transition to a temporary home and eventual reintegration into its redeveloped stadium. The project aimed to identify short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities for revenue growth and fan engagement.
Challenge
The club needed a clear understanding of how the temporary move would impact fan behavior, revenue streams, and overall stadium experience. Key challenges included evaluating price sensitivity, projecting incremental revenue, and capturing fan preferences while aligning operational and financial objectives during a period of transition.
Solution
Elevate conducted a thorough data review of Real Betis and comparable properties, analyzing key financial line items to highlight growth opportunities. The team consulted internal and external experts to validate ROI assumptions and framed challenges and solutions strategically. Fan feedback was captured using a blend of “art and science,” informing a detailed financial model to forecast incremental revenue opportunities and guide decision-making for both the temporary and redeveloped stadium environments.
