Introduction
The Tennessee Titans hired Elevate to collaborate on the development of their new $2.1B NFL stadium; inclusive of sponsorship sales strategy and execution, premium hospitality and ticketing consultation, creative design and development.
Challenge
As the Titans prepared to open a new world-class venue in 2027, the organization sought a comprehensive commercial strategy to maximize revenue potential across sponsorships, premium seating, and fan experiences.
Solution
Elevate developed a comprehensive revenue roadmap and go-to-market strategy, outlining category opportunities and annual sales goals through stadium opening. The team finalized premium space designs and led development of the new Nissan Stadium’s Premium and PSL programs, including pricing, sales timeline, and collateral. Elevate also designed Titans House, an immersive experience center for PSL holders and prospects, and evaluated the Titans’ partnership landscape to identify new revenue opportunities.
