USC engaged Elevate to complete a comprehensive feasibility study on Dedeaux Field as part of $200M+ athletic upgrades at the University. Elevate focused on maximizing revenue via enhancing the fan experience through new diverse seating offerings and fan engagement programs, to provide insights to inform the ballpark’s design and generate a financially impactful renovation that secures the program future success. Additionally, Elevate introduced new business models for football and basketball.
