The WNBL was at a pivotal moment, with increasing momentum across women’s sport, shifting fan expectations, and a rapidly evolving digital and media landscape. To capitalise on this opportunity, the league required a CEO capable of modernising its media and digital strategy, accelerating audience growth, and strengthening commercial partnerships—while authentically championing the league’s values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
