BBC Studios contacted Elevate to undertake a global search for a new MD and EVP for the ANZ market. The role was designed to assist in the growth of the business’ D2C transition as well as structural revamp, designed to increase cross functional and cross geography market expansion and commercialization. The organization needed a senior executive capable of leading this growth, aligning teams across functions and geographies, and delivering a strategic approach to both market expansion and commercialization.
