GA recently welcomed journalist Chiara Testoni from Domus to Corinthia Rome for an exclusive tour of the newly opened hotel. The feature explores the transformation of the historic former Bank of Italy headquarters, originally designed by Marcello Piacentini, into one of Rome’s most anticipated luxury hospitality destinations. The article highlights the building’s architectural heritage alongside GA’s interior design approach, which balances contemporary luxury with the grandeur and permanence of the original structure.
"For me, the most intriguing challenge in a project is to intervene in an existing context that no longer meets its original functions and breathe new life in it through renewed contemporary uses. ”

GA led the interior design, creating spaces that honour the building’s monumental character while introducing a refined residential warmth and modern Roman elegance.
