Global sports and entertainment agency Elevate has appointed Kaitlyn Beale as executive vice president, partnerships.
Beale will be based in London and lead Elevate’s international partnerships business. She will be responsible for developing commercial strategies and driving revenue growth for clients.
She has more than 15 years experience across the agency, team, league, and media sides of the sports and entertainment industry, and joins from City Football Group, where she worked for eight years.
At City Football Group she served as vice president of global partnership sales, leading new business across Manchester City’s men’s and women’s teams. Beale led the negotiations and oversaw the execution of the back-of-shirt partnership, the first of its kind for the men’s team, and securing record revenues across training kit and sleeve.
She also led the team in securing a portfolio of partnerships spanning financial services, technology, telecommunications, consumer goods, and entertainment, working with some of the world’s leading brands.
“Having started my career on the agency side, I’m excited to return to my roots and bring that experience back to client work. I’ve always been passionate about helping clients solve problems creatively and deliver meaningful commercial results,” said Beale. “I’m energised by Elevate’s growth and global momentum and look forward to working with this talented team to deliver results for our clients across Europe, Asia, and around the world.”
“Kaitlyn is one of the most respected partnerships executives in world football, and her track record and personal brand speaks for itself,” adds Olly Dale, managing partner, Europe and Asia. “As we continue to grow our international footprint, having a leader with her commercial instincts and relationships in market is a huge win for our clients and for Elevate.”
