Elevate, the full-service global sports and entertainment agency, today announced that Olly Dale has been appointed as the group’s first Managing Partner of Europe and Asia, effective immediately. This move further accelerates the firm’s global expansion and reinforces the strength and momentum of its business worldwide.
A seasoned sports and commercial executive, Olly brings decades of experience leading and advising some of the most iconic organizations in global sport. In his new role, he will oversee Elevate’s operations and client partnerships across Europe and Asia, providing senior leadership and strategic counsel to marquee clients across the Premier League and well beyond.
Olly most recently served as General Manager of Kroenke Signature Properties, where he worked across the Kroenke Sports & Entertainment portfolio to drive international growth and unlock new commercial opportunities across global markets. In this role, he partnered with leadership teams across multiple leagues and regions, helping align strategy, operations, and growth initiatives with one of the most influential sports ownership groups.
Prior to that, Olly held senior commercial leadership roles at two of the world’s storied football clubs, serving as Commercial Director at both Arsenal Football Club and Liverpool Football Club, as well as at the Aston Martin Formula One Team. Across those positions, he led global commercial strategy, brand partnerships, and revenue growth during periods of significant international expansion.
