Jim Caruso and Flavil Hampsten pack a one-two punch of extensive tech and ticketing experience. Caruso has led the development of EPIC AI, which unites fan data and sales insights to inform ticketing strategy. Elevate uses EPIC AI across its more than 230 clients. Hampsten, a SBJ Forty Under 40 honoree in 2015, has helped pro franchises, such as the Seattle Kraken and New York Islanders, achieve record ticketing sales and revenue. He’s a longtime ticketing operator, with past experience across the San Jose Sharks, Charlotte Hornets and the NBA’s team marketing and business operations unit.
