Cal sought to expand its pipeline of younger fans who could engage at a higher level, similar to its most loyal and highest-spending football ticket buyers. The goal was to identify opportunities to encourage casual fans to increase their commitment while also reaching new prospective supporters beyond the immediate Berkeley area.
