Cal Football aimed to expand its fan base by converting casual attendees into more engaged supporters and reaching prospective fans beyond the Berkeley area. The goal was to drive ticket sales, increase revenue, and grow long-term fan commitment.
Challenge
The team needed to identify which packages, experiences, and communication channels would most effectively engage casual fans, attract new supporters, and optimize sales across multiple audience segments.
Solution
Using the Consumer Insights App, Elevate analyzed high-value, casual, and target fans to tailor onsite packages, marketing strategies, and outreach channels. This approach drove record-breaking results: highest Mini Plan revenue since 2019, 21% growth in single-game sales, a 44% increase in premium revenue, and the program’s highest-ever overall football revenue.
