Introduction
The North Carolina Courage partnered with Elevate to better understand current and prospective ticket buyers and develop targeted marketing strategies that unlock new growth opportunities. Using Elevate’s EPIC Consumer Insights App, the team transformed raw data into actionable intelligence to inform every aspect of business operations.
Challenge
The Courage needed a deeper understanding of fan behavior to drive attendance and revenue growth. The challenge was to uncover the motivations and preferences of both existing and potential ticket buyers and translate complex data into insights that could directly guide marketing and sales strategies.
Solution
Elevate leveraged EPIC to enrich over 10,000 customer records with 45,000+ data points and identify 1.1 million previously unknown local targets. Using a custom LLM-trained AI, Elevate developed six distinct personas based on behavioral and psychographic traits, revealing the “why” behind fan attendance and purchase decisions. These insights allowed the Courage to create more effective, personalized marketing campaigns that drove tangible business results.
