Introduction
Since 2021, Formula 1 has partnered with Elevate to drive commercial development and sales growth for its flagship premium offering, the Paddock Club. Through this collaboration, the Paddock Club has strengthened its position as one of the most prestigious and sought-after experiences in global sport.
Challenge
Formula 1 needed to optimize its premium offering across 19 global locations while better understanding and engaging its VVIP customer base. The organization required insights into pricing, customer acquisition strategies, and the operational structure needed to support ongoing commercial growth.
