Introduction
Elevate was commissioned by the Department of Culture & Tourism Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) to design, implement, and optimize a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Tourism Department, delivering a scalable and revenue-generating partnership program aligned with Abu Dhabi’s broader economic and destination growth objectives.
Challenge
DCT Abu Dhabi required a more formalized and scalable commercial framework to optimize its portfolio of assets, events, and destination platforms. Partnership opportunities existed across multiple touchpoints, but without a centralized structure for rights packaging, valuation, sales processes, and reporting, revenue potential was not fully realized.
Solution
Elevate conducted a full commercial audit and built a structured framework that defined sponsorship tiers, centralized rights inventory, and implemented valuation models to unlock new revenue streams. We developed go-to-market sales materials, introduced pipeline management processes, and established governance and KPI dashboards to measure impact and ROI. By standardizing operations and strengthening partnership management, Elevate delivered a scalable commercial engine designed to drive revenue growth, enhance partner value, and support DCT Abu Dhabi’s long-term strategic ambitions.
