Gotham FC partnered with Elevate to optimize their Hubspot CRM and strengthen their reporting capabilities, aiming to improve data transparency, revenue tracking, and overall sales performance.
Challenge
The club needed a more sophisticated CRM system and analytics framework to better manage client relationships, track revenue, monitor season ticket renewals, and identify at-risk accounts. Leadership sought actionable insights to drive sales efficiency and support revenue growth.
Solution
Elevate enhanced Gotham’s Hubspot CRM over two months, adding custom fields, pipeline management tools, automations, and a categorized campaign structure, which drove a 900% increase in call activity following deal structure updates. A custom Gotham Goal Zone reporting hub with 41 advanced reports was launched, providing insights into revenue projections, game-by-game pacing, and season ticket renewals. Tableau dashboards were developed to analyze game-level revenue, distressed inventory, and secondary market sales, while a statistical renewal scoring model enabled managers to identify at-risk accounts, helping the club exceed its revenue targets. These improvements collectively increased executive visibility, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across multiple teams.
