Challenge

Create a unique workplace and customer experience that conveys HP's culture & vision for the future of work, fostering a sense of community among their employees and visitors, while showcasing HP products and solutions.

Solution

Partnering with our global workplace design & build business, Elevate Creative, we developed the Futurescapes concept for HP’s workplace and Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Gurgaon, India. In our Discovery Workshops, we worked with HP stakeholders to understand their desired visitor and user experiences. Through this process, we identified the user journeys and programmed the space to meet HP's employee and customer needs. Core to our Futurescapes concept was to create adaptable spaces that promote innovation, collaboration and sustainability. It was important to connect employees and customers to HP’s rich history, brand and culture. Our role as the lead Experience Designer was to create a shared vision for storytelling and showcasing their products & services, focusing on both employee and customer experience.
