Introduction
Elevate partnered with a leading premium card program to design and execute a series of exclusive, chef-driven experiences aimed at deepening engagement with high-value cardmembers. As experiential offerings continue to play a larger role in loyalty strategies, the brand sought to create moments that went beyond traditional perks, leveraging culinary talent, destination dining, and once-in-a-lifetime access to deliver meaningful, memorable experiences.
Challenge
The client aimed to create a series of premium experiences (both nationally and globally) that would resonate with cardmembers and reinforce a sense of exclusivity and access. Each activation needed to feel truly one-of-a-kind, pairing recognizable culinary talent with fully private and exclusive venues, and elevated, thoughtfully curated details. Executing this across multiple markets added complexity, requiring consistent quality while tailoring each experience to its location, audience, and chef. The challenge was to deliver events that felt both scalable and bespoke, while maintaining a level of prestige aligned with the brand.
Solution
Elevate leveraged its roster of culinary talent and deep industry relationships to curate a diverse portfolio of experiences across key markets. Experiences ranged from regionally inspired collaborations, such as a Carolina vs. Texas BBQ showdown with Rodney Scott and Chris Shepherd, to intimate, high-touch moments like a private dinner at Fabio Viviani’s personal estate. Elevate also created early-access opportunities, including a preview dinner at One Fifth with Marc Forgione, and destination-based experiences such as a culinary trip to the South of France with Ludo Lefebvre. Across each activation, Elevate ensured exclusive access to venues, integrated premium gifting, and curated programming that brought guests closer to the chefs, transforming each event into a highly personalized, story-driven experience.
