Stanford sought a clear roadmap for revenue growth across its stadium and arena assets, including naming rights, premium seating, and sponsorships. The challenge was to evaluate existing assets, identify untapped opportunities, and create actionable strategies for monetization, all while planning for future renovations and fan experience enhancements.
Solution
Elevate conducted naming rights evaluations for Stanford Stadium and Maples Pavilion, provided full rate card valuations, and delivered pricing analysis with pro forma modeling. The team developed new premium product recommendations, structured payment plans, and identified innovative sponsorship opportunities across competition venues, including TV-visible football signage and enhanced premium seating experiences.
