We conducted a rigorous international search to identify a leader with a unique blend of commercial acumen, strategic vision, and deep industry knowledge. The ideal profile demanded an executive with a proven track record in securing commercial partnerships and managing complex stakeholder relationships within a membership-based organisation. We prioritised candidates who demonstrated the ability to balance financial sustainability with the mission of growing the game. The search focused on finding an individual with senior executive experience capable of leading a multicultural team and acting as the "face and voice" of the Tour. Our successful candidate would have the ability to shape long-term strategy, navigate international sports governance, and advocate for women’s sports. We sought a candidate who could seamlessly collaborate with the LPGA and the R&A, ensuring organisational priorities aligned with the needs of players, sponsors, and tournament hosts.
