Google Cloud set out to build a state-of-the-art Executive Briefing, Innovation, and Experience Center that would clearly demonstrate how organizations can accelerate and build what’s next for their business. The ambition: transform a historic Munich post office into a world-class facility that showcases the power and scale of Google Cloud’s solutions. The constraints were significant—structural limitations, heritage considerations, and the need for highly flexible technical infrastructure. The space had to seamlessly support deep technical engagements while remaining intuitive and inspiring for executives, IT leaders, architects, and developers alike.

Downstream, now an Elevate company, designed an immersive, future-ready experience platform powered by flexible technology systems that evolve alongside Google Cloud’s solutions. Spanning four zones—Portal, Hall of Fame, Demo Gallery, and Beer Garden—connected by 27 interactive touchpoints, the space transforms persona-driven insights into dynamic, solution-led engagements rather than static presentations. More than a tour, it is an integrated engagement environment that bridges heritage architecture with cutting-edge innovation—achieving a 94% customer satisfaction rate in its first year and setting a new benchmark for executive engagement across Europe.
