Introduction
As part of a business wide transformation program, Salomon sought to re-design their Talent organization and develop a centre of excellence that could effectively support their global growth and unique culture.Ultimately this was an organizational design brief that went far beyond ‘lines & boxes’ and led to a multi-faceted program of revised operating model and recruitment processes, integration of digital tools & resources, L&D programs and team coaching.
