Victory Capital Performance Center

After a decade of planning, the San Antonio Spurs sought to replace their aging practice facility with a state-of-the-art space that honors the team’s legacy and supports elite performance. The Victory Capital Performance Center was developed to reflect the Spurs’ storied history while providing cutting-edge resources for players and staff.

The project demanded a design that enhanced player development, optimized team operations, and reinforced the Spurs’ brand presence— combining functionality, innovation, and legacy in a single, cohesive space.

Elevate guided the Spurs in conceptualizing and executing the Victory Capital Performance Center, ensuring the design reflected the team’s legacy while incorporating state-of-the-art training, wellness, and operational facilities. The project combined functional performance spaces with fan-facing elements, creating a facility that supports player development, enhances team operations, and strengthens the Spurs’ brand presence.
