U.S. Bank didn’t just want their logo on a stadium, they wanted to be part of the game day pulse for teams like the Minnesota Vikings and San Francisco 49ers. The goal was to prove that a bank can be just as passionate about a team as the fans are, turning high-stakes NFL sponsorships into genuine community connections.
Challenge
The NFL is a league of distinct cultures; what works for a fan in Minneapolis doesn’t always land the same way in Santa Clara. U.S. Bank faced the hurdle of creating a "Power of Us" message that felt consistent and scalable across the country, yet remained authentic enough to resonate with the unique traditions and values of each local fanbase.
Solution
Elevate turned "banking" into a shared experience by creating unforgettable stadium moments and meaningful community initiatives. We launched the first-ever stadium-wide LED light shows at Levi’s Stadium and U.S. Bank Stadium, turning over 68,000 fans into a synchronized part of the halftime show. To deepen fan loyalty, we rewarded the "die-hards" through premium collectible coin programs and exclusive sweepstakes for once-in-a-lifetime trips. Beyond the turf, we bridged the gap between players and the next generation through mentorship programs, such as interactive cooking and nutrition classes that empowered local youth.
