The Courage needed a deeper understanding of fan behavior to drive attendance and revenue growth. The challenge was to uncover the motivations and preferences of both existing and potential ticket buyers and translate complex data into insights that could directly guide marketing and sales strategies.
Solución
Elevate leveraged EPIC to enrich over 10,000 customer records with 45,000+ data points and identify 1.1 million previously unknown local targets. Using our custom LLM-trained AI, Elevate developed distinct personas based on behavioral and psychographic traits, revealing the “why” behind fan attendance and purchase decisions. These data-driven insights powered highly personalized campaigns, resulting in a 40% decrease in CAC, a 38% increase in ROAS, and delivering measurable growth for Courage.
