Introduction
The University Athletic Association (UAA) at the University of Florida engaged Elevate to complete a comprehensive feasibility study around a potential $1B+ renovation to the historic Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. As part of its efforts, Elevate focused on maximizing revenue via needed fan experience improvements in order to provide a blueprint for a financially sound renovation that sets the Swamp up for success for the foreseeable future.
Challenge
Our mission was to identify fan experience improvements and revenue-maximizing opportunities, providing the UAA with a data-driven blueprint for a financially sound, future-ready renovation that positions The Swamp for long-term success.
Solution
Elevate Insights conducted a multi-layered analysis combining competitive benchmarking, stakeholder interviews, and feedback from 3,500+ survey respondents and 600K+ target buyers. Our team forecasted demand for new premium products and synthesized insights into a strategic action plan that aligned pricing, benefits, and fundraising strategies with the design process. The result is a data-driven roadmap that balances fan experience, operational efficiency, and revenue potential to guide a financially sound renovation of The Swamp.
