The USTA and Elevate, a best-in-class sports and entertainment consulting firm, have announced a strategic relationship to support premium sales and service for the 2021 US Open, held August 30-September 12 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y.
Via the multi-year relationship, Elevate will deliver industry-leading best practices in premium hospitality sales and service, supported by its Insights team who will provide business intelligence in the areas of pricing, lead generation, and consumer profile analysis. In addition, Elevate will be consulting on premium experience design and amenities for the US Open.
Elevate has named 15-year NFL, NBA and NHL veteran Dan Rosenthal to the role of Vice President of Sales to support the project. Rosenthal brings experience from On Location Experiences, Madison Square Garden, the New York Yankees, Cleveland Cavaliers and more to the effort; and will be overseeing Elevate’s ticket and premium sales and service team supporting the US Open.
